About the Authors
Mary Pat Ferron Canes is a published author, historian, and anthropologist living in Virginia. The retired adjunct professor taught at the Rochester Institute of Technology and has done extensive historical and genealogical work on the Emerald Isle. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the National League of American Pen Women, Inc.
JR Foley is a descendant of the O’Donnell Clan. He has an MFA from the University of Iowa Fiction Workshop as well as a Ph.D. in English. A member of the Dramatists Guild, he is also fiction editor of Flash Point: A Multidisciplinary Journal of the Arts and Politics.
